at what point in life
does having a dream become
just being a dreamer

He was older than I was. By some years I’d guess. He’d been in an episode of Coronation Street. And in two scenes of a film we’d seen but now I can’t quite recall the name. He seemed like an actor. Like he was putting on a show for us. A rehearsed soliloquy about his life. But he was very pleasant and we wished him well. I felt bad that I didn’t think we would see him on anything but I actually hope I’m wrong. Because the world would be a better place if I was.
